Basically he's a spaceman (what good's a spaceman without a ray gun right?).

 

I took energy mainly for Boost Range and Power Boost. I don't really have an interest in blaming and want to play him from a distance.

Will have to post something later, but I think that you have enough range and if you don't want to blap them would consider Beam/Devices or Beam/TA?  

 

Might also be fun to consider /Ninja or /Temporal?
