Add the ability to suppress floating numbers from specific sources

In particular, I find the proc numbers that pop up over ones head from auto-power procs like Panacea to be deeply irritating, and would like a way to turn them off without turning everything else off. But there are a lot of other situations where I think for certain people it would be nice to turn off certain outputs for floating numbers.

I had a more in depth version of this suggestion but nobody else seemed interested.   Maybe your floating combat text lite will be more popular.

Yep, doesn't really bother me, but it would be a nice option.  I know I've heard people say they won't even slot panacea, as good as it is, just because the constant heal number popping over their head annoys them too much.
