Without_Pause Posted September 17, 2022 Share Posted September 17, 2022 Even doing generic slotting, ST attacks are 1 acc, 1 end, 3 damage and maybe a recharge. Multi-target attacks get two acc, 1 end, 3 damage. SS has Rage so 2 acc in a ST attack is even more overkill. Toggles get 1 end at most and not two. End usage really comes from attacks. 2 Level 50 common IOs is enough recharge for Hasten. Top 10 Most Fun 50s. 1. Without Mercy: Claws/ea Scrapper. 2. Outsmart: Fort 3. Sneakers: Stj/ea Stalker. 4.
