Unaffectable pets (literally) break Elec Affinity chains

On my Elec/Elec defender, I have noticed that the chain powers (Rejuvenating Circuit, Energizing Circuit, Empowering Circuit, and Insulating Circuit) do not continue their chain if they jump to an unaffectable pet such as a teammate's Illusion Control pets or a Lore Radial support pet (including my own!) even though the chain should make many more jumps with the number of Static stacks I have.

With several unaffectable pets present, I'll often only hit my primary target (a player, thus: not me inadvertently prioritizing pets by the chain target priority logic) and then see a lot of "unaffected" pop up, even when the team is very tightly clustered (thus: not a range issue) and I have upwards of 15-20 stacks of static (thus: not a chain length issue), while several players are at low health/endurance (thus: Rejuv/Energizing/Insulating SHOULD be trying to hit them first, not unaffectable pets at full health/endurance)

I know unaffectable pets being unaffectable is WAI, but it's kinda weird to have, say, a call for lore pets suddenly make my heals and buffs much worse, especially when they're not my pets at all.

(It made healing the last fight in a 4* ITF... frenetic, shall we say, when we opted to summon lores.)

This is also a huge issue with the new Necromancy changes that create all the ghosts. I can only heal one pet as all the other jumps are wasted on unaffectable pet ghosts. Chain abilities need to ignore unaffectable pets, either by not using up a jump count or just skipping them altogether in the chaining code. Skipping would be preferable so it wouldn't require animating chains that are doing nothing.

I hope adding a "!unaffectable" to the target check would be doable and they are willing to make the change.

Actually another issue. Since we are talking about "unaffectable" pets. Targeting macros need to ignore them. I set up a macro for "target_custom_near alive mypet" to try to heal my pets more quickly in a pinch. However it keeps targeting the ghosts most of the time. If we can not heal, buff or do anything else with them, just pretend unaffectable pets are not even there unless specified by name in macros.
