Is End Reduction enhancements in pets/upgrades working properly?

1st end reduction in pets wont work for what u want.. they just lower the summon cost for you

2nd it was stated in a diff thread that as example the protector bots got more attack powers in page 5 and use more end that way in prolonged battle (to a point they run end dry).

Protector, Guardian, Virtue, Liberty, Freedom, Union and Defiant (Hero Side) and part Time Infinity

Justice, Pinnacle, Victory (Villain Side)

Currently Reunion is the Main Server

Maybe in the upgrades, but slotting end reduction in pets lowered their end spending in page4.  It was very very noticeable when using Cytos in Enforcers

then it was a bug.. it was never meant to work like that

It's worked that way since Masterminds were introduced back with CoV, and was absolutely intended. Just like slotting acc and dmg improves the pets' abilities, slotting end reduction in the pet powers lowers their end costs. 

 

If it "wasn't meant to work that way", pets would run out of end in one cycle of attacks.
