The guide recommends the Origin of Power arc (found in the 20-24 mission band) for the level 1-14 challenge badges.

This arc is currently awarding the level 20-24 challenge badges now. Not sure if this is a bug, or if it's now working as intended. I haven't reported it as a bug.

The guide should probably recommend something different for the 1-14 range.

01-15 (Hero): "Rescue the Mystic From the Circle of Thorns" 1 mission...lead out (Get Spelunker Badge too)

16-19 (Hero): "Vahzilok Wasting Disease" 1 mission...click 3 glowies.

20-24 (Hero): "I Lost My Daddy" 5 missions...Escort, Talk, Defeat 10 Lost, Defeat Muxley, Escort (Get Rescuer Badge too)

25-29 (Villain): "Eliminate Negotiator and Witnesses" 1 mission...kill Negotiator and Underboss (Get Agent of Discord Badge too)

30-34 (Hero): "Defend the War Walls" 1 mission...rescue 8, defend 3 machines, kill boss (Get War Wall Defender Badge)...board transit so get to it from Ouroboros

30-34 (Villain): "The Unlucky Artifact" 1 mission...Just kill boss

35-39 (Hero): "They Call Me Doctor" 1 mission...find 2 keys, find Doctor (Get Doctor's Ally Badge)

40-49 (Hero): "The Clockwork King's Psychic Signal" 1 mission...Defeat Clockwork King (Get Emancipator Badge)

50 (Hero): "Aura of Power" 5 missions...Talk, Defeat 15 Freaks, 15 Rikti, 15 DE (all found in Crey's), Talk

Here's what I went with.

Notes:

Soloed all these at -1/0 (for speed) and used the OPs suggest restriction pairings for most of the runs.  If it wasn't the suggested pairing, I went with more restrictions.

After running these, if I recall correctly, I actually found a faster lvl 50 hero mission and a faster 20-24 hero arc, but the one listed above went fast.

My longest mission was one run of "Defend the War Walls" were the machine was hidden/buried/invisible(?) all these went fast.

Ran them with my KM/ELEC Scrapper main.

Is it possible to do Villain-Flashbacks in Oro as a Vigilante?

I can only see the Hero Missions.

I would think not, as you can only talk to SF contacts, not regular mission contacts as a Vigilante.  Same in reverse, Rogues can start TFs, but they can't start blue side mission arcs.

Thanks! Had to become Villain/Rogue to access the "Evil" Flashback-missions 🙂

I was looking for an alternative for the 40-49 range (OP suggested Division: Line with 13 missions, some are very tedious) so this is perfect, thank you!

Welcome.  Glad to see people have found it useful 🙂

I find doing most of it red-side with a splash of gold-side a little easier, so I go with

1-15: The Loa Bone (one boss)

16-20: Blood of Tyrants (Imperial Crusader, Ch 5) (no combat, choose resistance and just run to end)

21-25: Pride in Your Work (Neutropolis Power, Ch 4) (no combat, choose loyalist)

26-30: Eliminate Negotiator and Witnesses (two bosses)

31-35: The Unlucky Artifact (one boss, stop him from escaping)

36-40: Attack Longbow Portal Base or B4nKbUsTah (this level range doesn't have great options, but I still think both are easier than the Doctor mission to do with challenges)

41-45: Selestar (one boss, do have to clear his room)

46-50: Wu Yin's Personal Story (no combat)

From Champion (Hero) and Infinity (Villain), currently playing on Everlasting.

Former member of the Hammers of Justice on Champion.

Raid leader for 'Everlasting TFs'.

Mains: Trickery Girl (Ill/Rad Controller), Burk (Sword/Shield Stalker), and 8 other complete badge characters.

Those look good if it's just one mission and no combat.  Part of my list was also getting mission badges with them 🙂

For lvl 50 range and all the non-level specific badges (like the time limits) The Center's personal story just can't be beat.  One mission, no fighting, you literally walk 20 feet and click through 3 dialogue propts.  You'll spend more time loading than you will doing the mission.

Forgot to mention it is a "Board Transit" mission, so easily accessible in Ouro as well. The red-side version is Wu Yin's Personal Story which is basically the same (I prefer this one because I do most of the other level ranges red-side anyway).

Wanted to comment on this guide after literally just running through it the last three days. First big thanks to the OP for pulling together the original guide. The setup for each attempt is extremely on point and helpful to know going into it. I guess along the way there were some changes made from the Homecoming devs that fully allows the one-mission arcs to count for Flashback now, because @BrandX's missions all worked for me. Here's the ones I ran for each level range (from the Hero side):

Level 1-14: (Hero): "Rescue the Mystic From the Circle of Thorns" 1 mission...lead out

Level 15-19: (Hero): "Vahzilok Wasting Disease" 1 mission...click 3 glowies.

Level 20-24: (Hero): "I Lost My Daddy" 5 missions...Escort, Talk, Defeat 10 Lost, Defeat Muxley, Escort

Level 25-29: (Hero): A Mad Man's Council.  7 missions:  5 glowies; defeat 10 in specific zone; defeat 3; glowie; defeat 15; ambush, defeat boss mob; talk to contact.

Level 30-34: (Hero): "Defend the War Walls" 1 mission...rescue 8, defend 3 machines, kill boss

Level 35-39: (Hero): "They Call Me Doctor" 1 mission...find 2 keys, find Doctor

Level 40-49: (Hero): "The Clockwork King's Psychic Signal" 1 mission...Defeat Clockwork King

Level 50-50: (Hero): "Aura of Power" 5 missions...Talk, Defeat 15 Freaks, 15 Rikti, 15 DE (all found in Crey's), Talk

Many many thanks to everyone here for this! I remember on Live that these Flashback badges were such a slog, but this info made it such a breeze. Thank you!

A bit of necro, but something I noticed:

Mark and Recall works for all the kidnap missions, even when all other travel powers are disabled.

I also got the level 50 badges by picking different personal stories.  That way, I got the badge for the personal arc and the Ouro badge.  They may change this in the future, but for now, it works.

I used the redside options exclusively; I've run them less and my main had to spend a week as a villain to get the Frenzied badge, anyway. 🙂  They all worked perfectly, especially with Mark and Recall.

Thanks so much for providing this resource!  It was a huge help.
