There are some expensive uniques in here that you can get with merits. I included the ATO sets, though you can get by without them. +Recharge is about what you'd expect with no purple sets. It has soft-capped Ranged and AoE Defense, the important ranged attacks, and your pets will enjoy as many buffs a Humanly possible to try to keep them alive and dealing damage.

I suspect most people would replace replace the Blood Mandate in Call Reinforcements and Summon Blaster with a recharge-intensive set, but I think that having your own defenses soft-capped is worth sacrificing some uptime for your pets.

Yes... but I don't use MIDs and I'm too lazy to type it out.

I will go ahead and reassure you that expensive does not equate to good. A lot of yellow (uncommon) IOs have better set bonuses than their more expensive counterparts. I did take the ATO procs and the typical Panacea, Shield Wall and Gladiator's armour globals. Just to give you an idea, I have all pets (including the Mace Mastery one) down to a fairly decent recharge... and while I can't have them all out at the same time, I can have 3 lings or 3 Arachnoblasters up at any given time. Also, my def is almost soft-capped and I wasn't even trying to. That and double-dipped leadership. Definitely one of my sturdier, stronger, and funner toons that built itself on a budget.

Final note: don't use your merits to buy off the P2W. she's a rip-off. convert your merits and sell them off; you'll get a way better bargain from the AH. If you're strapped for inf, quick unsolicited advice is to craft all your dropped recipes with dropped salvage, convert them to something of high demand (like def IOs) and sell. You can even buy salvage (even rare ones) as you'll more than make up for the purchase with your sale. You'll be rolling in inf before long.

Sorry for thread necro but I'm using this build right now and I was wondering what incarnates would be good with it? I was thinking agility alpha, arachnos lore of some sort, reactive interface and barrier destiny with ion judgement

IMO it's really the same deal as most MMs:

Alpha = Musculature Core. The ED-ignoring Damage Boost is always worth it.
Destiny = Barrier (you shouldn't need Clarion - you already have Mez Protection and none of your your Defence buffs are powerboostable). Ageless Radial can sometimes be useful to weather Defence debuffs and grant a little more Endurance/Recharge; but the latter shouldn't really be needed with a properly tricked out build.
Hybrid = Support Core or Assault Radial (Support is guaranteed to affect your pets without any activation time juggling; and is probably more useful against anything other than a pylon)
Lore = either Talons or Arachnos Radial Superior Ally (Talons are consistently good throughout their duration; Arachnos gives a major survivability spike for 90s once per summoning via "Mind Link"
Judgement = not particularly vital, but personally I like Void Radial's damage debuff.
Interface = either Reactive Radial Flawless or Degenerative Radial Flawless.
