Beggar
I've finally hit 35 and would like to get into Cimerora. How do you start the arc to get into it and/or pass up the arc all together?
Korbian
If you haven't, you will need to run the Midnighter's Arc. Montague Castanella (or whatever his last name is) is located inside the university in Steel Canyon, or you can find him by clicking "Find Contact" on the Contacts tab. Once you have completed the arc you can enter the Midnighter's Club, where there is a crystal you click to get to Cimerora. And since you are already 35 Montague will hit you up with a new mission to go to Cimerora, anyway, which will give you map markers if you have a hard time finding it.

Shinobu
It's just a jump to the left, and a step to the right... Er... I mean yes, what they said. You can be there inside two minutes from, say, Atlas Park. 1. Go to Night Ward (tunnel system -- big swirly thing near the tram). 2. Enter the mansion at the center of the maze. 3. You now have the badge you need. Open up your LFG tab. 4. Go to Task Forces, find Time's Arrow (Imperious). Click the button by his name. 5. Click the "Lock the event for your group" button at the bottom, and hit Queue. You will be teleported straight to Imperious in Cimerora. 6. Always assuming you're level 35 or higher of course. You must be this high to time travel.
