Etched Posted April 14, 2023 Share Posted April 14, 2023 I was workin on my newest 50 and I wondered to myself, why my dog just farted and why are Emp merits placed in specail and not with the Incarnate salvage? There's your answer right there. The "Special" tab is for account locked items. You can share them amongst characters on the same account.
