[FIXED NEXT PATCH] Scepter of Stheno not being put away

This character has both Dual Blades and Mace Mastery (in case this matters).  Once a mace power is used, and the scepter is drawn, it doesn't go away.  It remains when blades are drawn (picture).  It remains when the character idles.  /sheathe does nothing.

 

This issue does not happen with other Mace Mastery weapon options (that I've seen - obviously didn't try them all)

Fixed this internally; Was a missed flag in the weapon's FX.
