  1. This is the new Rogue mission where you arrive in Striga via a ship. I had an "accident" with the Citizens Brigade on the same ship. I released and was sent to the in-map hospital. My arrival woke up a nearby Family fight, and some jumped the wall and targeted me. And then about 10 seconds later, some Citizens Brigade members showed up (from the ship or maybe the family fight). I was defeated again - the family left, but the brigade stuck around (image).
  2. I rescue Alexander, I find the exit to the roof, I go through - mission does not complete, but the roof objective is gone. I return to the mission, find Alexander fighting warriors, defeat warriors, and lead him to the door (1st picture) - nothing. Exit again - nothing. EDIT: (forgot UI isn't captured by default) - Mission says "Riots in Talos!" with no other objectives. Last line in mission log is: " You cleared a heavily guarded entrance. Something tells you this is where Alexander was taken"
  3. Cell Shading was the problem for me. I tried the same thing as the original poster, I ran into the same crash. I've also edited the base previously with no issue. Turned off Cel Shading, no crash. Now I just need to figure out what to put up there...
  4. This character has both Dual Blades and Mace Mastery (in case this matters). Once a mace power is used, and the scepter is drawn, it doesn't go away. It remains when blades are drawn (picture). It remains when the character idles. /sheathe does nothing. This issue does not happen with other Mace Mastery weapon options (that I've seen - obviously didn't try them all)
  5. I have 2 rogue characters showing Fare Jumper's bar as filled, with no badge. Just to be sure, I logged one off in a train station last night. So far, no change.
  6. The suggestion above about using an enhancement conversion - that worked as expected. I did that and sold.
  7. I can still put other IOs on the auction house - it's just this one.
  8. It's a level 43 Exploit Weakness: Damage/Range, crafted by myself. Any attempt to move it to the auction house (drag, right click) fails - it just jumps back to the character's Enhancements. I've tried logging off, waiting a day, and mailing it to another character. Is there an error log somewhere - maybe that would tell me what's going on.
  9. Yup, me too. I think it started when my internet went out - but has continued through even computer reboots.
  10. Got it - cool! I won't feel so bad when my solo defender has to flee 😀
  11. I get that. But I would never trade more reward for more frustration. Is it just me? I don't find huge hits (I saw 90% of my health in one hit) and endurance drain to be interesting challenges. Groups just farm these, and solo they are no fun.
  12. Not when solo. Due to two things: 1) massive hits and 2) endurance drain. Some alts do okay, but others have prolonged fights where a pair of lucky hits flatten them. This use to be something you could casually solo with a spare 10 minutes. I'd be okay if they were normal elite bosses. But getting the mummy, getting the wasting disease, and getting the witch with endurance draining zaps next... frustrating. In the past, never fled - but now some alts pretty much have to. And these EBs sometimes chase you across the map...
  13. I mean NPCs like Lady Jane in the "Meet with Lady Jane" mission - you rescue her and then escort her to her goal. I've done this one a bunch. It was always a challenge to keep her alive, but the last few times she's quickly aggro'ed / chased something across the map and died. I can't even get her past the first few rooms anymore. Another recent -- "The Dark Host" in First Ward. This one has you escort Blind Makwa and 3 other NPCs from their starting spot to a Spirit Ward. But last time I got the same thing - They all aggro an ambush that respawns near the start and dash over there. They certainly aren't chasing anything - they are running to a distant spawn. Again - know this mission and this seems new. And similar. So I'm wondering - has something changed?
  14. I'm assuming I just never noticed before, and this isn't new. But - With Hurricane running, my Storm corruptor kept getting stunned by Tarantula Queens. At first I thought I was just getting unlucky. Nope - I looked back through the combat log, and Scramble Thoughts is autohit. Is there history to this? Clearly the character versions of Scramble Thoughts are not autohit.
  15. Dr. Pierce remains blue to me - I assume she is suppose to turn green (like Doc Buzzsaw and Cortex) when I approach. But the objective remains at "Get your friends to the lab (Safely!)" I'm standing on the "Lab Access Point" and nothing is happening. I restarted and tried again - same outcome. Maybe because I approached with Shadow Fall running? I've turned it off, but that doesn't help.
  16. I finally picked up Smoke Flash on my Ninja/Cold. First thing I noticed: Sure costs a bunch of endurance 😀. Smoke Flash seems to do two things, but not 100% reliably: Increase damage via a string of criticals. Most noticeable on the Genin, who doesn't normally critical. Rescue a wounded ninja. Enemies do seem to switch targets away from the hidden ninja, at least momentarily. I already use Frost Works when a ninja takes a small hit - thinking I might use Smoke Flash the same way. Am I missing something? Smoke Flash seems kind of hit-and-miss for 1/3 of your endurance.
  17. I did the vigilante-to-villain tips cause I realized I'd never done that before. Some of the mission were... disturbing, and I had to stop a couple times. It is similar to the hero-to-vigilante missions, but now you've just given up worrying if innocent folks get hurt. If you start red side, you start evil without cause. If you go hero-to-vigilante-to-villain, you take the character down the slippery slope. I stopped liking the character by the end. It's similar to some Pretoria arcs, where your decisions become more and more questionable. Characters that started here, made icky choices, and ended up villain - these are the characters that feel really bad to me. Vigilante-to-villain... worse of the worst.
  18. Probably not exactly what you are after - The tip missions you do as a vigilante red-side, on your way to switching to a villain, made me feel dirtier than any other set of missions.
  19. Completed the mission - other lieutenants were the right level, it was just the wolves. And, even in the +1 level groups, the wolves stayed at 35. I think they just have a minimum level of 35 and, if you are below that, you get level 35 wolves.
  20. This has got to be a bug - Doing the new "Loot the Unsuspecting Council" mission at level 31, has level 31 minions, but all the Eclipse Nightwolf Champions" are level 35. Doing this solo, with difficulty +0 levels, x3 players. Luckily this sonic/regen sentinel is tough as nails, but it takes quite awhile to defeat a +4 wolf lt. Especially since they high-speed flee. Having one in every group makes for slow going... And, as general feedback - really not into these newer style missions with the waves of ambushes coming one on top of the other. They are exciting. But, if you are defeated, they setup the tricky every-villain-at-the-door problem. And, if I'm doing it solo, I find I have to turn the difficulty way down just in case, which makes the rest of the mission boring. Combine with +4 nightwolves...
  21. It didn't occur to me until playing with the new patch - with SOs available early, and lower-level inventions still at TO and DO levels, slotting these before level 25 means less bonus. Other than avoiding the cost of upgrading your SOs, any reason to use inventions until later?
  22. It's the very slow activation bits - a pet peeve for me. Before I give up on the character, am I missing something? You have to spend half of your time swinging really slow, right?
  23. We had to skip a week cause outside stuff. But we got back to it with all these hints and steam-rolled right through. So thanks for the ideas folks!
