Make Spectrum Costume Pieces More Available

Currently, you can't use spectrum gloves and boots with asymmetry turned on, or with sleeves from shirts, jackets, or trench coats, Or with pants on, No spectrum legs with shorts or kilts.

I'm probably missing some other options where spectrum isn't available.

In general, I agree with the suggestion, but the problem is, AFAIK, that parts like the jacket sleeves has the skin part hard-coded into the model, so it'd have to be completely redone.  I see no reason why it couldn't be done for the asymmetrical options, though...
