Does the Energy Font Proc still work on Dimension Shift?

I read the Grav/Time Controller thread @Redlynne started a few years ago, and my altitis took over. I PL'ed a Controller to a level where I had Singularity and Dimension Shift. I 2-slotted Dimension Shift with the Energy Font proc, but I haven't seen the proc go off yet. 

 

Has that changed?

While I haven't confirmed this on my 'troller, I believe it no longer procs off of Dimension Shift.
