I've seen them in a bunch of different missions, but latest were in various Praetorian arcs. 0th Power Posted May 22 Share Posted May 22 I'm guessing this is the same issues as the kill skuls badge. To add the "new" female skulls, they would have had to reset everyone's badge counter.
