Shoulder cape costume piece recommendation

I think there's a scarf and u can place cape asymmetrically to possibly achieve your desired look?

You can sort of pull this off via the "high collar" option.  The issue, AFAIK, with a "shoulder cape" is that you'd need a fixed/rigid mantle piece, as it'd clip horribly if the piece over your shoulders was permitted to move and flow.  Still, it would be neat if they could adapt the high collar shoulder section, just without the actual collar itself...
