So when I made my Dual Blades Scrapper it gave me the option to not have a redraw at all during character creation. Do you have the same option with Staff as well , or no?

I didn't have that option on the Staff/Dark Brute I made

So theoretically if I do a tailor session with my character I should be able to put him on "no redraw"?

There's no "No Redraw" option for Staff or Titan Weapons.  (I just double-checked in-game)

Only if it is an option for scrapper staff, i don't believe it is an option for Brute Staff so I doubt it is for scrapper Staff

I could have sworn there was, and I chose it for my stalker. I remember testing it out too... but I just checked at the tailor and it's not a thing.
