I think my favorite toon is "Cray Crey", using the title "Crazy for Crey's Folly"

Generally, my character names are generally bad puns (Violent Beauregard), fun to say (Rococo Coconut Crab), or generic (Alley Puma).

 

The only one I can think of that would qualify as bombastic would be Rockets Redglare, my ultra-patriotic Mercs/Thermal MM, with (almost) all of his costumes in red white and blue. The mercs in his squad are named Shipwreck, Junkyard, Mutt, Barbecue, etc.
