Seconded.  Sure it might lead to some eyesores wandering the city due to uncaring players, but hey, that'll just make my costumes shine all the more!

Joke aside, I am actually up for this, I was just thinking the same thing two days ago in the costume creator myself.

Tim "Black Scorpion" Sweeney: Matt (Posi) used to say that players would find the shortest path to the rewards even if it was a completely terrible play experience that would push them away from the game...

There is a "random" button in the costume bit of the character creator, but not for scales/power effects.  If that's what you're after, maybe it's already there?

Related to that though, I'd like to have the ability to lock pieces of the costume before randomizing the rest - so if I'm making a character with horns, or I like a certain pair of goggles, or the way a certain boot/skirt combination looks, I can reroll everything else without having to repick those costume parts.

The author is looking for the random button from the costume creator to be replicated to the trainers (like Luminary) and the Icon/Facemaker tailors/surgeons. Once you finish making your character, that button goes away.

Adding the ability to lock costume items during random would be greatly appreciated by me.
