Vitric Vixen aka The Glass Fox need a base.

 

and in keeping with her name, has set up a small corner of the Shadow Shard (where else?) with her own pied a terre.

 

I imagine something floating in space looking glassy from the outside, not too big, the usual stuff inside, so cozy but functional and good looking but I've literally no clue how to go about achieving such a thing so I'd welcome any and all suggestions.

Has she visited the vitreous forts of Scotland?

 

I'd start with the big glass panels and build four walls, then (for modesty's sake) have an internal bedroom/dressing room with a zigzag entrance.
