Questions about Missions/Player events

Recommended Posts

Not that I recall. The breakout tutorial on redside is sorta like that. You can also rob a bank during redside mayhem mishes, allow yourself to be defeated, then you spawn in a jail cell in the police station, from which you have to fight your way out. There are also certain missions against the Circle of Thorns where defeat lands you in one of their prison cells. Outside that, I can’t think of anything where the scenario is escape. Summer Blockbuster has some complex missions where each player acts out their part separately to advance a team goal. Other than that…no idea.

The Marchand arc has you freeing your team from prison, then fighting bosses.

I have done a TON of AE work, both long form and single arc. Just search the AE mish list for my sig @cranebump. For more information on my stories, head to the AE forum sub-heading and look for “Crane’s World.” Support your AE authors! We ARE the new content.

... if you could only have 1 player event - - aargh sorry -- gonna stop that right here

There is nothing like Brothers - the valentine event is dependent on a character from a different alignment to complete the mission but that is probably closest to what you might mean.

Also incarnate trials depend on working together and understanding the trials so as not to screw up badges.

I expect you mean something like the game 'Brothers', if that is the case then no - nothing like that.

There's a few missions out there with CoT and Council where if you get defeated you go to the prison cells on the map instead of the hospital, but nothing like what you're asking for.

Torchbearer

Discount Heroes SG:

Frostbiter - Ice/Ice Blaster

Throneblade - Broadsword/Dark Armor Brute

Silver Mantra - Martial Arts/Electric Armor Scrapper
