Merit rewards

If I have completed a story arc during normal play, is it possible to do the same arc again in Ouroboros?  If it’s possible do I get reduced merit returns?  If I didn’t complete it during normal play and do it with flashback do I get full merit reward?  How about task forces, if I run the same task force with the same character do I get reduced returns?

Yes you can do the same arc again through Ouroborus. Merit rewards for replays are normalyl full but they are reduced if you run the same Arc or TF again within a 20 hour period.
