The Lobster and the Glinting Eye

Due to a misclick while in lobster form I got glinting eye to work. It now works sporadically while tanking. Should it be working at all while in lobster form?

My understanding is gleaming bolt should work in dwarf and glinting eye in nova. The eye is the better of the two, so it would be nice if it worked in both, but don't think it's supposed to.

Gleaming bolt now works in Dwarf form with a better -def debuff but lower range. Glinting Eye works in Nova form now and does more damage than both Nova Bolt and Nova Blast, so I slot that one up good because it gives me a good nova attack and human form attack.
