spring fling event Valentine Tip "From Mysterious Napkin Writer", can't deliver to Belladonna Vetrano as she is in Resistance Hub

Got the Valentine Tip "From Mysterious Napkin Writer", "To Belladona Vetrano from Mysterious Napkin Writer...":

• Deliver to Belladona Vetrano.
• Misdeliver to Praetor Sinclair.

 

Can't deliver to Belladona Ventrano.  Guidance given to Underground Neutropolis where Belladona Ventrano is in the Resistance Hub.  If not a Praetorian of Resistance Alignment, can't enter the Hub to deliver the Valentine.

 

Couldn't figure another way to deliver it.  As a Night Ward contact, Belladona Vetrano is by phone only.  Tried to deliver it to the Primal version, Ghost Widow in Grandville, who said "Don't you know that you should not disturb the dead?  Leave."

A workaround is to put your character on a Resistance Ouro arc with a contact in Vetrano's base in the Neutropolis Underground. Then teleport to contact through the Ouro crystal, bypassing the door check, then quit the arc and complete the tip as normal. The contacts in question there are Crow, Dr. Helix, and Calvin Scott -- all the Neutropolis Crusaders.

This is working as intended, somr valentines are just undeliverable due to alignment restrictions.  This one is just particurally egregious since you have to be Resistance to get to it under normal circumstances.  You can always dismiss tips and try for a different one (or would be able to if the event was still going) if you find yourself unable to reach the recipient.
