Talk with the START vendor in Atlas, Mercy, or Pocket D to enable team inspirations, and you'll start receiving them as random drops.

My standard for badging characters, at level 1 turn off small inspirations and select ones (usually resistance on non melee) until badge is received for rejecting 1000.  About vet level 25?  Then turn all those back on AND team and multi.  All done through START vendor
