_NOPE_ Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 So... I started off as a Hero. After playing to about level 25ish, I started getting tips. So I ran the tip missions. I ran the ten and then I got the little hero logo next to my name. But, how do I get the Alignment power? I never got a Countdown power at all... it's nowhere in my powers list. Do you have to actually start down the road of a DIFFERENT alignment than what you started off as, and then switch back again? Because I'd really rather just always have my character be a hero. Or is something bugged, or am I missing something? I'm out.
chigiabelo Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 Funny, I was just wondering the same thing. I read somewhere that you have to maintain an alignment for seven days to get the badge, then apaprently you can get the alignment power
_NOPE_ Posted June 25, 2019 Author Posted June 25, 2019 And I never got any sort of "Morality Mission" either... I'm out.
Zep Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 After doing 10 alignment missions your next tip should be a morality mission... ** Asus TUF x670E Gaming, Ryzen 7950x, AIO Corsair H150i Elite, TridentZ 192GB DDR5 6400, Sapphire 7900XTX, 48" 4K Samsung 3d & 56" 4k UHD, NVME Sabrent Rocket 2TB, MP600 Pro 8tb, MP700 2 TB. HDD Seagate 12TB ** ** Corsair Voyager a1600 **
Erydanus Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 Yeah you have to do an 11th mission to cement your alignment and get the Countdown power. It's nice the tip limit has been removed - it would have required 3 days to change alignments before (5+5+1). See me on Excelsior as Eridanus - Whisperkill - Kid Physics - Ranger Wilde - The Hometown Scrapper - Firewatch - and more!
_NOPE_ Posted June 25, 2019 Author Posted June 25, 2019 I don't think I've been getting any more tips after those ten. I'm out.
chigiabelo Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 Hmmm. I got a morality mission right after the 10 tips.
Adeon Hawkwood Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 As a side note, if you have Null the Gull change your alignment to a different one and then switch back it will automatically start the timer fo rthe alignment power without needing to run tip missions. Defender Smash!
_NOPE_ Posted June 29, 2019 Author Posted June 29, 2019 Problem solved. It turns out, I wasn't getting any more tips because I had three missions already, and apparently you can't get tips when you have three missions. I had finished one of those missions, and right after that, the next mob gave me a tip. I guess I had assumed that after I got ten points, I'd automatically get the morality mission. But appare tly, that's wrong and you have to get an 11th tip. Did the mission, now I've got the countdown power. YAY! I'm out.
