I don't think this Enhancement is working like the right one.

This is supposed to be giving me fly protection but it seems to be reducing endurance cost instead.  I certainly still get grounded when Arachnos covers me with their sticky goo!  I did get this one by converting it from a different one in the set.  Maybe the conversion didn't really take.

That IO only gives 2 Fly protection, which is enough for a lot of -Fly effects (typically -1.6 Fly), but is unfortunately not enough for Web Grenade or Entangling Arrow and their variants which are -10 Fly.

 

Regarding the endurance cost reduction, do you happen to have Cardiac or Vigor for your Alpha incarnate slot?

-10 ?! Seems rather overmuch, considering they ain't top-of-the-tree powers.

As a matter of fact I do have Cardiac in my Alpha slot.  And now that you bring that up, I do notice that Reduced Endurance comes up on other powers that have no enhancement for it.  Some but not all.  Hmmm....
