Is Incarnate salvage transferable between characters on the same account?

Is it possible to transfer incarnate salvage between characters on the same account?  I know that incarnate merits are transferable between characters and that shards and threads are not.  My reason for asking is that I have a farmer that is fully outfitted with incarnate boosts and yet still receives shards and threads that just accumulate.  If it were possible for them to create incarnate out of those resources and send them to other characters on the account, then that would be a viable purpose for those excess shards and threads.  Please let me know if this is possible or if this is something that needs to be suggest for development.

Threads can also be used to purchase "super" inspirations in Ouroboros from Luna if you want something else to burn them on.
