Fire control/Fire Assault

I need help with a build for a Fire/Fire Dominator.  I would prefer no purple IO sets.  I would like to build on recharge and damage.  Any help will be appreciated.

I am toying with the idea of a Fire^3 for a group project (Justice Super Teamers Elemental Run, starting soon on Excelsior)

 

I am required to take two leadership slots.  I cannot figure out how to cram all the good powers (all but T1 in prim, all but T2 in sec, ALL Fire epic, Hasten, and a travel power.  I am 1 damn pick short lol)   

 

Can/SHOULD? this be attempted with NO Hasten?  Or maybe no Fire Shield.

 

Went looking for ideas and found an empty shelves.

If you're running with a premade then allied +recharge buffs might be a given.
And it's possible to build a PermaDom without Hasten; especially if you're rocking Ageless.

So... "it depends" 🙂

(Also FWIW I typically skip Ring of Fire, Smoke and Cinders in Fire Control; and Flares and Combustion in Fiery Assault...)

I think you can go with no hasten and make it Perma-dom, if that is the goal, it might be just a bit of planning to make sure to go there. I would not skip on the fire armor epic, as it gives too much resistance numbers for you powers. You can take CJ, Leadership, Force of Will set for travel power, then Fire Epic, with the primary and secondary, it should be doable? I would have to look more into it in Mids.

 

Skipping hasten just adds another power which could take a LoTG mule if you are short for that.

I love my Fire x3 Dom!  So much fun!  "Burn it - burn it all!"

 

@Snarky if it helps and gives you ideas, here is my build.  While I am sure can go without Hasten, I do have it.  I already have 1 of Leadership in and you can drop combat TP to pick up your 2nd required Leadership.
