brass_eagle Posted October 30 Posted October 30 Alright, so I didn't have this problem on test. I could start her arc no problem. I couldn't finish or provide feedback because work got intense... But tonight, both myself (46) and a friend (47) tried to start her arc naturally. It did not work, whether walking up to her or recommendation. We eventually just did it through Ouro. If anyone can replicate this, please reply!
Rudra Posted October 30 Posted October 30 Confirmed. Took a level 46 Brute and spoke to her 3 times. As a hero, then a vigilante, and finally a rogue. Tried again as a level 50 hero Corruptor just in case. She isn't giving her arc.
Glacier Peak Posted October 30 Posted October 30 (edited) Did anyone try via Ouroboros? Edit: Nevermind, original post indicates yes. 'Only Love Can Hurt Like this' - Ashling Corlett (Level 41-49) Ashling Corlett is a veteran of Paragon City, even if you've never heard of her. When the Shivan attack hit Galaxy City she was in the thick of the Hero Corps rescue detail, only leaving after directly ordered to despite suffering serious injury. As a result she moved to the Hero Corps reserves, but she hasn't been idle. There's things left undone and she means to finish them, even if it means crossing a few lines to do it. Reach out to Ashling and her Hero Corps reserves, there's work to be done! TygerDarkstorm Posted October 30 Posted October 30 Yeah, this has been an issue since it was in Beta, if I recall correctly. She'll only talk to you if you're level 41 (which I did on my test characters with no issue; I ran out of time to go back and try and talk to her at a level higher than that). I want to say doing her arc through Ouro is the only way to do it at the higher levels. Seems odd to me, but in this same patch, Tide Pool also went live with a half-broken animation. Global: @Valnara1; Discord Handle: @Valnara#0620 I primarily play on Everlasting, but you may occasionally find me on Indom. 🙂 Notable Characters: Apocolyptica - Demons/Storm MM; Lurking Monster - Human-Form WS; Environmentabot - Bots/Nature MM; Miss Fade - Ill/Traps Controller; Sister Apocalypse - Beast/Dark MM; Dr. Elaina Wrath - Plant/Rad Controller (Join the House of Wrath, and spread the word of science!); Ruff Ruff Boom - AR/Devices Blaster
lemming Posted October 30 Posted October 30 (edited) Yes, pointed out during the test cycles, hmm. For some reason, I though they had addressed that and apparently I didn't read that section of the release notes. She's level 41-44 despite it mentioning 41-49. Quote Ashling seems to be level 41-44 in Ouro and is not available via just walking up at level 50. If going via Ouro, got set to level 44. If you walk up and talk with her and you are 41-44, you can grab her mission chain. If you talk with her in that range, and get the story book icon, you can then grab her mission at any time, which will be set to level 44. Edited October 30 by lemming yech formatting 1

brass_eagle Posted October 30 Author Posted October 30 (edited) 41-44 would make sense. The character I briefly started the arc on test was within that range. I wasn't able to read much through the last testing cycle, so I missed this being an issue. Edited October 30 by brass_eagle Just tried it on my dominator at level 44. That is most certainly the issue. Many thanks.
