New armor powerset

I don't think there's need of one. Would make for an interesting test would be a Poison armor set for Tankers,Brutes, Scrappers, and maybe Sentinels. More aggressive than Dark, but less utilitarian than Radiation.

I've wanted a Toxic armor set for some time, honestly. AoE effects on top of the armor affecting enemy resistance, some damage, etc.

 

Been a while since I brought that up...
