I might've swapped out Charged Brawl for Ball lightning. Or a proc'd out Electric Shackles.

Ball lightening is glacially slow. In some builds it would be fine, in this one, it's just a poor fit in the attack chain. I so WANTED to have it, but it tested poorly for me. Borrow away! I'm flattered, and certainly not shy about borrowing myself 😉 From you, even!

Blinding powder any good?  I tried it and didn’t like it myself. Mine is tw/nin though. He didn’t take the end power either. Wend body mastery so had more end from there. 
 

I only have one /nin scrap so I’m no expert. But seems like missing some heath bonuses using HOs instead of another slot of lotg. I’ll pull up in mids on computer tomorrow. Half my SR toons been 5 slotting lotg on toggles and it has worked out great. All great bonuses.

Couple things:

-Proc bomb TS

-Drop weave. Probably tough too given the auto power can mule

-Six Slot Zap. Two winter pieces then 4 procs 

-Drop Havoc Punch

-I think LR can be proc bombed since its not a psuedo pet like the stalker version but if not 5 piece apoc

I had the image created with free software. It might have been a link from these forums or Reddit, I can't recall, sorry.

It's... ok. For what I'm using it for, it's ok. I wish the proc was something I noticed more often. I don't see the propagation of the proc nearly as much as I had hoped.

 

Ultimately? Skippable, imo.

Not really, no. However, +10% Recharge and +5% Ranged Defense is fantastic.

It gives the -ToHit which helps with the lower DDR of Ninjitsu.
