Its a low level tf. It shouldnt have this kind of thing. Characters dont have their tool sets at level 17 and most decent IOs cant be slotted. Challenging 50's exemplared down to do synapse is not a priority.

damn, first it was "nooo its too simple and repetitive"

and now "nooo its too complicated, low level players cant handle an extra attack"

It is actually a simple concept. Low level characters only get a power every other level so they dont have the tools to deal with increased difficulty/mez etc. Repetition meand numerous nearly identical missions. Exactly how does adding difficulty to missions help relieve mission repetition? its a level 17 TF, it doesnt need to take longer to go through, it needs less bs missions in the middle.

so your saying giving bertha a chain lightning ability would shatter the game at its core or not enough to something or another?   but synapes is hard level 20 at minimum. i dont know where you got 17 from

i really do not know what you are fighting for here

The problem isnt that it needs more difficulty, that is your invention. It is that it is tedious and long. What does adding some attack do to solve the tedious problem? absolutely NOTHING. Synapse TF is fine difficulty wise. It requires a level 17+(not 20).There is zero reason to change this as it would be detrimental to players using TFs to level. If you want synapse TF to be more difficult, run it on +2,3,4. Dont screw it up just to suit your desires.

i also suggested to shorten it by like 30-40%

i still dont know what you mean by adding a few extra attacks to special enemies would break the game, it wont.  the clockwork king here is still young and i dont see what adding psi enemies in his room or adding bosses(bertha, tom, lord, etc) the ability to build other clocks or others starting to learn to harness their electrical stuff a bit better.  all this time i was suggesting to add it to the special named enemies, not the entire fucking thing

and as i said before, this entire game is tedious and repetitive, its not just unique to synapes

and to finalize this, the synapes TF is still one of the old task forces and it still has old mechanics.  the enemies will always be at a minimum of level 20, even with a level 15 leader.  you can test this out assuming you have a level 15 alt.  to say it again, synapes does not scale with the team leader like all the newer task forces do.  and even then i dont know where you got the number 17 from.

There is a contact tat will allow you to control the difficulty of the game. there is no need to change it for everyone else. adding enemies/attacks wont break it, just like removing some wont either. But it will change the way the game plays for others. using the difficulty changes isnt that hard and will enable you to do what you want. The first few tfs arent supposed to be all that difficult, although this has been changed somewhat by updates/ other changes.
