Proliferation Question

So I've been away for some time and I never thought I'd see the day when Illusion got ported to Dominators! This has me wondering, while we're doing things that we always thought would be absurdly overpowered, is there any shot that Super Strength might get ported to Scrappers at some point?

This is the typical historical view on giving Scrappers Super Strength e.g. "Nope, It'd be too damn strong"

That said; we now have stuff like /FA Scrappers with additional base damage from Fiery Embrace; /StoneA Scrappers with Brimstone Proc Crits, /RA Scrappers with ProcBombed Radiation Therapy + Ground Zero... let alone specific combos like StreetJ/Ninjitsu (Shinobi-Iri + Combat Readiness + Crushing Uppercut = ~450 base damage). So IMO that ship has not only sailed; but gotten to its destination, offloaded, disembarked again, and is now merrily cruising the Caribbean.

I mean... why not? I've played a kin/NrG stalker with Sorcery pool + Psi Mastery ancillary giving it additional ranged attacks. With prestige attacks Blackwand & Nemesis Staff, I have a solid ranged attack chain, and pity anything that gets too close when I placate & assassin strike.

I was never really convinced of the reasoning behind scrappers not getting SS.

the main reason really is stylistic differences between scrappers and tankers, "too strong" might be true but is a fig leaf because when you port a set to another AT you can change some of the powers.
