My recommendation to find them quicker?

 

/macro PT target_custom_next alive Time

 

Shove it on a key--I put it on 4. Fly above everything, and tap 4 every so often. It can find 'em from 300-400yards away I think it is? then just press f and it'll magnetize you right to the capsule.

Or you can install the Winter Event Gift maps mod using the City Mod Installer tool; the time capsules spawn in the same locations that the Winter Event gifts do.
