Dragazhar Posted yesterday at 05:22 PM Posted yesterday at 05:22 PM I am an old player of CoH but never really got but one 50 on live for various reasons. I have made my first Thugs mm and am now in my early 20s.. I just noticed that the enforcers have Maneuvers and Tactics. If they have those two powers .. Why then would the mm herself get them? That would free up power space. Do they double up on bonuses? Is it for slotting reasons? Please advise since I have always been noobish with IO sets in the past.. My only 50 on live had normal IOs no sets since at the time.. I was FTP.
JediDave Posted yesterday at 07:27 PM Posted yesterday at 07:27 PM They stack. As you put it, they double up on bonuses.
Psyonico Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Basically all powers from different casters stack, so your leadership combines with Enforcers’ leadership to make “win” 1 What this team needs is more Defenders
evetsleep Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Also since the enforcers leadership powers do not effect players, not only do players not get the bonus +damage or +tohit, but they also don't get other benefits like Taunt\Placate resistance and Confuse\Fear resistance (and importantly ... to me +Perception). The perception part can certainly be addressed with a yellow inspiration, if you have one. It's rare but when a baddie has a stealth or a power like Flash Arrow, it's super annoying, especially if your secondary powers rely on being able to see your opponents in order to support your henchmen. It rarely happens, but another neeto thing about Thugs is that their leadership powers stack with other MM thugs. So if you're teamed with other MM's that are Thugs, all the Enforcer leadership powers will affect the other MM's henchmen.
Psyonico Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Now I want to run an all Thugs tf… depending on slotting, henchmen would have between 67 and 105% defense just from Enforcer’s maneuvers 🤪 What this team needs is more Defenders
