If we are talking about Controller inherent how about an improvement to crowd control?

I also agree with this. Something to make controls stick longer/actually affect tough targets - I had suggested a chance to ignore mez resistance/protection, but would be fine with literally anything that makes my primary useful against harder targets, like Romans in a +4 ITF.

i noticed with my singularity (grav/time) that it does not obey GOTO very well in combat... is that because it has a ranged/stand-off "setting"? what it often will do is stop short of where it was commanded to, while in combat, and not go to the place designated. i tried with the catherine's wheel too and got sort of the same thing. as, well, sometimes it will not seem to disengage and the command seems to fail. i do not see it with, say, my necro MM lich, which is all ranged too. the lich goes exact where i command, when i command it. tri-cannon seems to do better, most of the time exactly going where i command it.

i think its attacks interrupt the GOTO command? or maybe not, it will stop early before un-aggroed mobs too.

i noticed this because before this addition, i would TP the singularity into the center of the combat and it in general would stay in place while there were enemies nearby.

@KaizenSoze have you noticed this?

In passive mode the Grav pet seems work as expected. Any other mode and it will stop short once it detects the mobs, which I guess is the pet's aura range? Or maybe it's perception range.  Going to guess once it aggros the mobs? Because the Tri-Cannon actually has extra perception baked in.

If it's not in passive it will stop when it can attack or is attacked as far as I can tell.

By the way, close all your tabs and check the reply box to make you don't have the post text in there. Happened to me once.

While testing on my Pyro/Dark, I noticed that when I used "goto aggressive", my Catherine Wheel treated my command more like "goto somewhere within 20 feet and be aggressive", which was endearing in a catlike way, but would be frustrating for Singularity.

So does the GoTo command not really work for ranged pets if you want them in melee?

Because I was kind of excited about putting Disruption Field on Reverb (Symph/Sonic) and sending that little blob into enemies while solo to debuff everything. I imagine this would also be cool for /Marine controllers to do.

But it would kinda stink if only controllers with pets that melee get to maximize this feature.

It better bu the time this goes live. The command to make sing go in melee is the only reason I want the command feature. (That and Trigun cause it's dumb taunt just splits the mobs apart..)
