Slotting ATOs in fire/shield build - which ATO to put in which aoe?

So I have a fire/shield scrapper and want to use the two ATO sets in Fire Sword Circle and Shield Charge, with Scrapper's Strike being five piece and the -res IO from Fury of the Gladiator.

Would it be best like this, or should I reverse the sets so Scrapper's Strike and -res IO is in Fire Sword Circle instead?  I'm not particularly sure on how the PPM IOs of the ATOs work, haha.

I would switch those, also from Scrapper's Strike switch the Dam/Rech with Acc/Dam, you'll still be capped for both Dam and Rech but have better acc.

Thanks for the advice.  :D  Does Critical Strike's 50% Crit Proc IO work with pseudopets such as Shield Charge?

Scrapper's Strike is not a proc so it should be in the Shield Charge, but i would also replace that -Res in Shield Charge with a damage proc. A random -res on some minion isn't going to do anything, a random damage proc will do more there.

I decided to reverse them around so Scrapper's Strike + Fury of Gladiator -res is in Fire Sword Circle instead and Critical Strikes is in Shield Charge instead.  :D  In my final build Fire Sword Circle will be on around a 7 second cooldown without hasten so that should be enough for applying -res onto mobs.  This character is built for teaming along with soloing, so my teammates can take advantage of the -res along with me.  :D

This is something I didn't really consider as I was in a bit of a hurry when I replied. The Critical Strikes proc is definitely best put into a ST attack if at all possible. For example, put that into a ST attack currently housing Touch of Death and then get the same melee bonus (+ some recharge) from a set of Obliteration in the AoE. Maybe Obliteration in SD, 5/6 Scrapper's Strike + the -Res in FSC and Critical Strikes in the ST attack that currently has Touch of Death?

I guess it would help if I posted my current build, haha.  I overshot softcap a bit so that a small purple would put me at incarnate softcap for i-trials and whatnot, and decided to drop hasten.  I have mild OCD, so I can live with my three positional defences having one be slightly off, but if all three are wildly different... ugh.  XD

 

So anyway, suggestion is to follow what DSorrow said and move Critical Strikes to Cremate (since Incinerate is all DoT), and put Obliteration into Shield Charge even if it has derp endurance reduction values... hrm

Softcap defence values are still the same as my old build and Critical Strikes is in a ST power instead of Shield Charge.  :D  Should I swap it with Greater Fire Sword or keep it in Cremate... hrm
