The P.E.A.C.E. Medic's are not giving out Exp/Inf when arrested.

I was working on the Two Birds, One Stone badge and I noticed that the Medics was not awarding exp or Inf once defeated. Not sure if they are not supposed to give out exp or not.

Yup, just to confirm it's this! They won't give anything because they have no attacks. So WAI!

it is to prevent the farming of non-attack NPCs for inf/exp. so if anyone is to blame, blame the farmers!!! 😄

Having actually engaged Blackwing now, I would like to opine that I think having them be Lieutenants that don't give XP is just a massive mistake. They're not easier to kill because they don't have attacks, which makes them a lot more dangerous in a group than an Immunes Surgeon.

I don't find them more dangerous than Immunes Surgeons. More annoying? Slightly. That's it though. (Edit: Besides, we already had lieutenants and bosses that heal in the game. They have attacks and mezzes so they give xp, but just because the P.E.A.C.E. Medics don't give xp, that doesn't make them more dangerous.)
