First target only?

On my Tanker with psychic armor, when I use Consume Psyche, I get a big message saying "From first target only". What is that about? Is it not AoE? I looks like it hits more targets. I seem to get the effect of hitting multiple targets. What is that message about?

It's a bug that's getting fixed in the next patch. In my experience the power is working properly.

If I were to hazard a guess, the first target gives a bigger buff than subsequent targets.  I’m not sure why that translated into the bug showing this text, but that’s my hunch.

That is indisputable. The real question is, where?
