Would anyone care to suggest a build for Elec melee and Psi armor? i jsut came back after a good long while and my Aim is at least go for perma hasten  with survivability a close second but its been so long that i am having trouble finding inspiration.  influence is not a concern so purples  and any crazy expensive enhancements are easily purchased

I haven't run that particular combo, but I ran electric on Dead Cell and Psi armor on Uncaged Psyche. The slotting is particular to their build concepts as support stalkers, but you might get some ideas from them if you take a look on page 1 of this thread.

The two combos i have that might fall under this category are:

 

Stone/EA - stacks fault + disruption for quite a bit of aoe stun. Lots of aoe bounce between fault and tremor

 

Psi/stone/ice - boggle with contagious (90% proc chance) and cupid confuse proc in frigid wind (84% proc chance) gives it a surprising amount of aoe confusion.
