It should, for the most part.  But admittedly, the first percentages were typed-in rather than made by formula (bad practice, I didn't plan for how big this was).  This would mean my Titan Weapons with Momentum numbers in the post are still off...

 

Everything in my sheet is now fully formulaic, and definitely includes the local recharge... but I clearly need to update every table in the post.  I'll fix everything later today. Huge thanks!
