Can Project Will and Weaken Resolve get merged into one power?  maybe bump its damage up a bit to make it worthwhile in combat?

And the new power will be a toggle +resist and jump height.  specifically jump height and not speed.

Maybe add some resist all to Unleash Potential

I don't like any of these suggestions, specifically because I personally find Force of Will to be one of the best constructed pools, and it rivals Sorcery as the top travel set IMO.

The travel power is top tier; both in speed and utility

The single-target debuff requires no extra slotting, but also well tolerates extra slotting for extra (%debuffs/%damage)

The single-target ranged attack is a typical no-pre-req pool attack. For me I usually only choose this if I want to slot a ranged-damage set or the AT has a specific gap in a chain that could use a ST ranged attack (some Controllers, for example... but also a few melee characters)

The ranged cone is ballers.

Unleash Potential is also ballers, especially considering it well-uses both Defense and Health sets.

but.. no.  Jump speed cap is not that high and super jump can also get to said cap fairly easily with just one SO.  and not sure what you mean by utility

and you can still use it as a default slot wonder for the debuffs with proposed changes

and you can still use it as an attack if you want

i didnt say anything about the cone

health sets kinda suck, never even considered it as a candidate for unleash potential

Super Jump's only purpose is to jump. That's all it does. So if any leaping power can easily reach the jump cap, I would sure as hell hope it was Super Jump.

Wait, what?

It does less DPA than Psychic Scream!

You are comparing a pool power's cone to a primary power's cone. The pool power is supposed to be weaker than the primary power. However, Wall of Force does include a 33% chance for KD.

Psychic Scream is really weak, and should not be viewed as the standard for Corruptor cones.

Let's compare numbers on three cone damage powers: (Corruptor, no Scourge)
* Wall of Force (FoW): 10.2 DPA = 26.9 / 2.64s
* Psychic Scream (Psi): 20.5 DPA = 43.4 / 2.112s
* Buckshot (AR): 36.0 DPA = 38.0 / 1.056s

As we can see, Psychic Scream is barely half the DPA of Buckshot, and Wall of Force is less than half the DPA of Psychic Scream.

Slot 1 (or 2) Acc/Range, and take your pick of %procs from Knockback sets (the attack does Knockdown) and/or Ranged AoE damage sets. You can have the power at 14, as a melee character.

6x Preventive Medicine, or 6x Reactive Defenses, or franken-slot with a smaller number of Defense pieces e.g. 3xShield Wall) and a Health/Recharge for only 4 slots... leaving 2 slots for some defense global (like LotG, etc.)  Again... If I am playing a melee character, I can typically make use of Unleash Potential via one of those three ways.

That doesn't change anything. Power pool attacks are supposed to be weaker than primary power attacks. Wall of Force is. Wall of Force also gives the ability to KD up to 10 targets in a 90 degree arc out to 40 feet with a 33% chance each. It isn't a premier damage attack, but that KD is pretty damned good in my book. (Edit: Especially for a power pool attack.)

Unleash Potential is quite good and can be powerboosted.  Any character I have that has access to powerboost I will always take this pool.  With good slotting and powerboosting UP nets my characters 30+ defense to all for a minute every so often, made better by higher recharge builds.  Real handy to have and meshes well with Barriers and Demonic.

Weaken Resolve is a nice -res power if the team is lacking and Mighty Leap is a good all around travel.

I think the set is good where its at I wouldn't want them tinkering with this set for better or worse.

Unleash Potential is like a mini version of Instant Healing and popping a pair of Luck inspirations on the side. It's a great "Oh Crap!" button.
