HELP!!! All my characters are gone!

I lost all my characters on all servers. How is this possible? Can someone help me pls?

Are you sure you didn't have a second account?

 

Other than BigGotter's theory:

Try checking playerslot.txt and possibly moving it for now.   Should be in Games->Homecoming->accounts-><ACCOUNT>->playerslot.txt

Moving the 'playeslot.txt' file to a different folder or even deleting it will force the list to recreate from the server data and your characters should appear if that was the issue.
