/EA Disrupt

I am looking to get more info about Disrupt.  It says that it is a toggle that stuns the the foes around you.  Has anyone used this with success?  And if so, how do you slot it?  Also, does this break the Stealth from Hide?  I'm staff/EA if it matters.

I had a stalker with it.   I hadn't really played it much, but the stun worked well enough with minimal slotting and none of the Stalker effects like that take place while you are Hidden

It is a small aura around you. Very visually noisy. 

 

It only hits 5 targets with a mag 2 stun. It needs acc and also a little bit of stun enhancement to perma stun lvl 54 minions.

 

I took it on my stone/ea to stack with fault (aoe stun),it works well enough in that situation.

Precise Strike has a 20% chance of a mag 2 stun. Sky Splitter has a 100% chance of a mag 3 stun. I skipped Disrupt on my EM/EA stalker and EM's got a chance to stun in just about every power.

I haven't used Disrupt, but I did use Bio's sleep aura along with the sleep in Frozen Aura, and, like...  I don't really know what to say.  It definitely works.  Does it make a huge change in your incoming damage?  Proooooobably not?  But it's not nothing.
