Vanden Posted July 12, 2019 Share Posted July 12, 2019 Freezing Touch in the Blaster Ice Manipulation set, when used with the default (non-customizable) power theme, plays the wrong FX when used. The power is a hold, but the FX the target plays when affected is the ice immobilize effect. When using the Color Tintable theme the proper hold FX are used.
