I've been working on my BS/Shield scrapper lately and am currently working out a final build.  Right now I've just hit 39 and have about 2/3 of this build in place now with Gift of the Ancients in place of Reactive Defenses and it's working quite well, I'm trying for the maximum durability coupled with the maximum damage output in the final build.  Any suggestions?

Might want to fit in Gaussian's Chance for Build Up into your Build Up. It has an insanely high proc rate.

 

I'd probably swap out Focused Accuracy for Stealth to get my 5th LotG +Recharge in there as well as having a bit of utility (combine it Celerity: Stealth in Sprint for near invis).

 

You'll also find adding Panacea +HP/+End in there to be a nice payoff (I run an Elec/Shield Scrapper (and Stalker) with these setups ... makes it very easy to keep up chaining away like a fool 😉 )

Hadn't thought of the Gaussian proc and I'd completely forgotten about being able to slot a stealth IO into Sprint... I had a vague memory that the Dev's had removed that option at some point.  I see Mid's allows it, I'll have to see if the game does.

+5% to both melee/ranged, -5% to aoe defs. Better rech, to-hit, acc, etc. Its more expensive and not optimized (I literally flipped wm->bs in the builder and fixed things that unslotted). You may want more or less recharge/-res procs or to rearrange them. It is expensive though, with ATOs, a purple set, and a winter set. I probably would look at pulling slots out of parry -- with enough defense parry isn't adding a lot. If you keep it, it can be a set mule or you can drop it for something else. This is a team-friendly build -- thus the leadership pool (plus maneuvers is handy for getting up to softcap). YMMV of course.
