List of Commands

I was going through my "Prima Official Game Guide" for City of Heroes from 2004 and found some handwritten notes that I'd jotted down back then.  It was a series of commands you could enter in-game to get information on a variety of things.  The list is as follows:

E = official real time

F = official Paragon City time

G = # of heroes in zone

H = praises a hero

J = how many times you used a power that day

K = how much damage per power that day

M = total time played since character creation

N = # of times logged in as current hero

O = how long today as current hero

 

I remember I used some of these to keep track on my alts, but for the life of me, I can't remember where I enter these commands or how they work.  Does anyone know how I actually use these to get this information?
