How do I post a mids build to the forums?

I know how to but it doesn't look right or normal when I do it from mids. It looks like there's way to much unnecessary information like color schemes for all the powers and two data chunks.  It just doesn't look like what I've seen many others post.

In Mids,

Import/Export --> Short Forum Export  (I find the long forum export just too much crap to put into a post).
Make the Forum & Web Export window look just like this.

 

This provides a somewhat readable graph-out of the build.
It includes the DataLink and the Data Chunk for those who prefer that option.
