Help in Ouroboros (mission missing)

The story arc "I Lost My Daddy" in the level range 15-19 does not appear in the Ouroboros list.  Am I missing something?  Do I have to do something else first?

I think you have to complete Jim Temblor's story arcs before being offered Yin as a contact, in order to do the one you've linked to.

That same prerequisite (do Temblor's arcs) could be in place via Orobouros ...?

All four Faultline story arcs are in the 20-24 bracket in Ouroboros, which is probably why you can't find it.

It is in the 20-24 bracket.  But the link shows it's a 15-19.  So weird.

The link is right, it is a 15-19 arc, but it's listed in the 20-24. So, like you said, it's weird.

Just ran it.  It counts as a 15-19, even though it's listed as a 20-24.  So, that works.
