Domination Recharge Doesn't Show?

I'm trying to build towards perma-dom on my first dominator. I'm not far (only 23% global recharge), however, I don't see even that small bonus reflected in-game. If I right-click on Domination and view details, I see "3 min 20 s". Is there another way to view the real recharge value, or that's just the way it is? I mean, global recharge does still affect domination, right? Thanks.

It is affected by global recharge.  You can turn on cool down timers to show the current recharge time.  It's in the windows tab under beta I believe.  Not sure if that is what you're after.

Power info never includes buffs, just enhancements. Since Domination can't be slotted, it will always display its base recharge.

122 global recharge (without hasten) minimum.
